The brine will be prepared from 1 liter of pure water, 50 grams of granulated sugar and 150 grams of coarse salt.
The cooking process is clear and does not require special skills.
From the heads of cabbage we remove the upper leaves and cabbage with a finely shred.
Pepper carefully wash, remove the stem and seeds, cut into thin strips.
We sort out unripe tomatoes, wash them and cut into slices of equal size.

Cover with a clean cloth and leave to ferment for 12 hours at room temperature.
